IMAGE LICENSE AGREEMENT

You, the client, cannot create a "service mark" or "trademark" using images belonging to VueOne Design or its licensors. All designs with images belonging to or licensed to VueOne Design or any 3rd party image provider will be tagged with "Copyright 2011, www.vueone.com and its licensors. All rights reserved. 800-616-3816". All designs with images belonging to VueOne Design that contain a famous person(s) will be tagged with this additional line: "The person/product in this image does not endorse these products; their image is used for illustrative purposes only."

PAYMENT TERMS

All print and design orders require a 100% advanced payment due immediately upon placing an order unless otherwise specified. It is the policy of VueOne Design that such advanced payments are strictly non-refundable.

COLOR MATCHING

VueOne Design does not guarantee exact color, brightness or darkness, cut for prints jobs due to the gang run printing process of our printing partners. If you need exact color matching you must request it while making your order and will be specified in your invoice.

TAGGED DESIGNS

VueOne Design's name, number and website (at 5 point font) will be printed on all flyers designed by our staff. You may request not to have the artwork tagged when placing your order for an additional cost of $45 per item.

LOCAL PICK-UP POLICY

All local pick-up orders must be picked up within 2 weeks. We will not be responsible for your order if it gets lost, damaged or trashed. We urge you to please pick up your orders within a reasonable time.

CANCELLATION POLICY

We process jobs as soon as they are approved. If you need to cancel or replace any files on an order you have placed. If we can catch the job before it goes to print, we can attempt to replace or cancel the order. If the job is has already been submitted for production, you are responsible for full payment when re-making your order to include shipping cost.

DESIGN POLICY

All orders designed by VueOne Design will be property of VueOne Design unless otherwise specified. In the case that a customer would like the original files, they can be purchased. We can to send you proof of your designs but we will not be able to send you a 300 dpi (full resolution file) unless the design is purchased. If you would like to purchase a previously designed order please contact any manager at VueOne Design. In the case that a design has images from a 3rd party stock company, all images will need to be removed before the files are sent at a high resolution.

PROOFING POLICY

We are not responsible for proofing any orders you submit and we will not take any responsibility for any copy or design errors committed on your part after submission of you order. Carefully proofread all designs before they are submitted to us.
